I²oT Solutions is a single digital platform that combines IoT, Asset management, Energy Management and Artificial Intelligence, Achieving integration and correlation between there system allowing efficient and automated operation of processes. Its is a modular scalable and intuitive solution of the system.
The digitization of ASSET information through I²oT Solutions, gives away to a quick and economical implementation of a maintenance system based on condition (predictive) and an energy management system.
A single Digital Platform
It is a single digital platform that allows:
1. Integration and Architecture
The I²oT solution has its own sensor network with different functionalities that can be easily integrated into the platform, Additionally, a network of third-party sensor can be integrated through industrial protocols (Modbus, SNMP, Bacnet, Ethernet/IP), as well as the integration of SQL server, MYSQL, Mongodb e Influxdb.
It has a simple architecture base on wireless communication between its own sensor network and the possibility of integrating third-party sensors with this same type of communication.
The Gateway or bridge between the sensor network and the platform has the information storage capacity that allows it to sabe telemetries in case of failure of the internet network and send them to the platform once communication is re-established, thus guaranteeing the quality of the information received on the platform,, which is essential for the accuracy of the data analytics models. Additionally, it allows the use of the device in Stand Alone mode switch, added to the other capabilities, makes this Gateway unique in the market.
2. Information gathering
Allows the collection of information from the sensor network, device management, monitoring, creating of visualization dashboards, activating or deactivating devices, parameterization / alarm generation and data management in a simple and intuitive way, facilitating the empowerment of the client in the management of the information and the little dependence on the developer of the solution for parameterization and configuration changes.
3. Analytics - Artificial Intelligence
Once the information from the sensor network has been collected, processed, organized and stored safely, it is time to process the information and apply ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE to make the information a useful asset for making decesions. For information processing, the solution has basic and advanced Artificial Intelligence tools, which are available as standard in the solution or can be contracted on demand.
Condition-based predictive maintenance
Keep machines and equipment running with maintenance alerts based on data that include crucial KPIs, alarms and previously established thresholds, determining the health of the equipment and acting only when maintenance is really necessary.

3.1. Basic Analytics
Available as standard in the solution.
It has a first component called MATHEMATICAL FORMULAS that allows the creation of mathematical formulas with the data collected from different computers to generate third analysis variables or indicators that we can associate with alarms and create visualization dashboards and trend analysis
With the data collected from the sensor network and the mathematical formulas we can create a seriees of conditions associated with some rules, the result of the evaluation of these conditions determines the execution of the associated rule which can activate or deactivate equipment (machines, equipment, beacons, sound indicators with PCM power control module), execute maintenance plans base on condition and generate alarms or dynamic alerts correlated with one or more variables.
3.2. ADVANCED ANALYTICS
It is available on demand in the solution and has two application tools:
- Advanced Graphical Analysis (AGA): Alows for comparative analysis between variables, correlation analysis, trend analysis and detection of historical anomalies and gives the user, regarless of the area of the company to which they belong, the freedom to create analysis graphs with different variables at the same time, with different parameters and graph them with different resolutions (hour, week, month), different units (manually placing the unit and scaling), axes (for each graph unit you see an axis) and types of graphs (continuous lines, discrete line, grouped bars, bars, dispersion) as well as the possibility of sharing the analyzes carried out with other users for their visualization. The generated graphics can be incorporated into reports
- Anaytics: With historical data and using Artificial Intelligence techniques, a model is created that represents the behavior of the analyzed variable, incorporating into it, and if the user wishes, information on correlated variables to improve the precisión of the model, with this model you can:
- Predict the future behavior of the analyzed variable.
- Detect anomalies in near real time (day by day)
- Analysis of averages based on behavior according to time of day, day of he week.
- Analysis of correlations with the analyzed variable.
- Trend analysis and histograms.
If the user requires it, each time an anomaly is detected, the automation process can be triggered.

4. Asset Management
It integrates an asset management module that allows the digitization of the infrastructure, it consists of four integrated sections that make up the module. The operating personnel can access the module from tablets, cell phones or laptops to fill out the required forms (task execution, maintenance request), consult assets and associated documentation.
The module integrates basic information on assets, suppliers, a database with manuals or asset catalogs, and lists with fault categorizations according to ISO55000, and configurable service levels for the attention of work requests.
MANAGEMENT OF MAINTENANCE PLANS
The system allows establishing maintenance plans for each asset, which can be associated with preventive maintenance (scheduled, execution), corrective maintenance (upon request due to failures detected in the process) and / or condition-based maintenance (based on parameterization made in the automation module for each variables or group of variables that can trigger a rule for the execution of the plan)
The tasks that are part of the maintenance plans are created or imported into the management and will be available for the operational personnel to execute when they need to execute the work orders.
WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
Once the maintenance plans have been generated, the authorized personnel must assign the tasks to their own or third-party personnel who will execute them. The operational staff receives the work order with the assigned tasks, through the platform’s messaging service or by email. Once the tasks are executed, they will be automatically sent to the authorized personnel for approval or disapproval.
VIEWING KPI´s AND REPORTS
With all the information collected from the assets and the work orders generated, the system automatically calculates the following performance indicators:
- Reliability (Aveilability due the failures).
- MTBF (Mean time between failures)
- MTTR (Mean time to repair)
These indicators can be vieweb by asset, by group of related assets or by site.
Additionally, the system automatically performs the following analyzes:
- Failure analysis.
- Analysis of work orders.
These analyzes can be vieweb by asset, by group of related assest, by site or by user responsible for the asset or for the execution of the task.
ASSET MANAGEMENT IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
There are two types of assets (infrastructure, equipment) which are organizes in a hierarchical structure in such a way that any asset can be more easily located within the hierarchy and where all the assets included below it can affect its KPIs.
Additionally, the information stored from the sensor network, the results of the information analysis, the alarms generated and other relevant data can be shared with other platforms through API’s
